How We Coloured the World with Lenovo at Safaricom Open Day

It was a busy day for iZone Africa at the Safaricom Open Day 2015. We had the opportunity to manage Lenovo’s stands at all four counties where the event was taking place: Nairobi, Nakuru, Eldoret and Mombasa.
To capture the spirit of colourful brilliance that Lenovo’s new smartphone range posseses we adopted the big idea, “Colour Your World with Lenovo”.

At the very first instance, customer who came by the stand would be greeted by a splash of colour laced over our booth’s backdrop as well as the event props. Our brand ambassadors were dressed in bright and vibrant colours as well to match the theme.

Our’s was an eye catching showcase which saw us surpass our sales target for Lenovo devices, not to mention that we were promoting only two phone models from the entire line-up this time: the Lenovo
Using our interactive consoles, customers were able to browse through the prices and features of the two phone models. In an instance they could make their choice on which device they liked most at the touch of the app. The results was over a 1000 devices sold in all four counties which majority of the figure stemming from sales made in Nairobi.
