Approach
We partnered with Quickmart to launch this new business vertical powered by Trade+, our data-driven B2B commerce platform tailored for general trade. With our hub-and-spoke model, we enabled them to offer same-day delivery for all orders placed before 3 PM—dramatically improving service levels in a sector where 2–3 day delivery is the norm.
To support this promise, we activated 8 operational hubs across Nairobi, creating proximity to retailers and reducing fulfillment times. Trade+ empowered Quickmart to scale fast, reach the informal market efficiently, and enter a new business segment with minimal operational overhead.

Results
Trade+ also helped Quickmart build strong relationships with general trade retailers. Through our integrated call centre, we engaged a verified and dynamic database of over 56,000 retailers in Nairobi, ensuring accurate targeting, ongoing support, and market responsiveness. In just a few months, 24,000+ retailers were successfully onboarded and began transacting through the platform.
